Official Institution Onboarding

Empower your organization with military-grade examination security. SPADE provides a unified platform to conduct, monitor, and evaluate high-stakes assessments with zero malpractice tolerance.

Registration & Approval Process

Institutions must complete a strict verification process to gain access to the SPADE Exam Configuration Engine. Please follow the steps below.

Entity Registration

Select your category (Educational Institution or Corporate Organization). You must provide official documentation including your Institution Name, PAN Card, and AICTE Code / GSTIN Number.

SPOC Email Verification

The designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) must verify their identity via a 6-digit OTP sent to the registered official email address.

Dashboard Provisioning

Upon successful verification, your customized Control Panel is generated. You can immediately begin configuring exams, setting durations, and defining AI Camera requirements.

Execution & Analytics

Distribute the generated 6-Digit Exam Code to your candidates. Monitor active tests and export highly accurate, time-stamped Ranklists in CSV/Excel format.

Mandatory Prerequisites
  • Authorized Signatory The person registering must be a Placement Officer, HR Manager, or authorized SPOC.
  • Official Email Address A valid working email to receive the authentication OTP and candidate queries.
  • Tax / Academic IDs Valid PAN Card of the entity, plus AICTE code (for colleges) or GSTIN (for corporates).
Note: Fraudulent registrations will be permanently blacklisted from the SPADE network.

Browser Lockdown

Forces candidates into a strict full-screen environment. Tab switching or exiting triggers instant malpractice termination.

AI Facial Tracking

Optional continuous webcam monitoring. Terminates the exam if the candidate's face is missing for 30 seconds or multiple faces appear.

Automated Ranklists

Scores are calculated instantly upon submission. Export unified CSV reports ranked by score and millisecond completion time.
