Beyond the automated system termination, the organizing Institution or Corporate Recruiter is notified of the exact malpractice reason and may apply the following administrative penalties.
For college examinations, the student may be marked as "Failed" for the current semester, or suspended from attending future university-level examinations.
For corporate assessments, the candidate's profile, including PAN and Email ID, will be permanently blacklisted from all future recruitment drives by the organization.
In the event of an automated termination, SPADE logs the exact timestamp and violation code in the `spade_results` registry. Appeals can only be made directly to the Controller of Examinations or the HR SPOC. SPADE System Administrators do not have the authority to unlock terminated exams.
