Welcome to the Secure Proctoring & Assessment Digital Engine (SPADE). By accessing our platform, registering an account, or taking an examination, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
SPADE provides a restricted, high-security digital environment for Educational Institutions and Corporate Organizations to conduct assessments. Access is granted solely through verified accounts (Institutions, Organizations, Students, and Job Seekers) or unique 6-digit Examination Codes. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The SPADE platform enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding assessment integrity. As detailed in our Candidate Guidelines, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate auto-termination of your session and potential academic/professional disciplinary action by the administering entity.
SPADE Architecture: The source code, AI
implementation, UI design, and platform mechanics remain the
exclusive intellectual property of the SPADE Core Engineering
Team.
Assessment Content: All questions, Google Drive
diagrams, and examination structures created by Institutions or
Organizations remain the exclusive intellectual property of those
respective entities. Candidates may not copy, reproduce, or
distribute examination content under any circumstances.
SPADE acts as an autonomous execution and monitoring engine. We are not liable for:
SPADE administrators, as well as the partnered Institutions/Organizations, hold the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this agreement, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to reverse-engineer the security parameters of the platform.
