1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Result Publishing Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose

This Portal is designed exclusively for academic use by authorized students, faculty, and administrators of Mohamed Sathak A J College of Engineering. It is intended for securely viewing, uploading, and managing student result data.

3. User Eligibility

• Enrolled students
• Official faculty members
• COE and authorized staff

Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must keep login credentials confidential.
• Users shall not attempt to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer the system.
• Users must report any system issues or data mismatches to the administration.

5. Ownership

Usage rights are exclusively reserved for Mohamed Sathak A J College of Engineering under a Proprietary Lifetime License ; no other entity is authorized to use, access, or deploy this software.

6. Data Accuracy

While every effort is taken to ensure accuracy, the Portal may contain:

• Typing or input errors
• Delay in updates
• System maintenance downtimes

Final validated results are maintained by the Controller of Examinations (COE) and will be treated as the official record.

7. Privacy

All data is protected as per the college's privacy policy. No personal information will be shared outside the institution without proper authorization.

8. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Violation of Terms

In case of violation of these terms, the institution reserves the right to:

• Suspend access
• Take disciplinary and/or legal action
