Roles & Responsibilities

The integrity and efficiency of the examination system rely on the defined roles of key stakeholders. Below is the framework of accountability for the MSAJCE Result Portal.

The Principal

Head of Institution

Final Authority for the approval and publication of examination results.
Reviews overall academic performance analytics (Pass percentage, Department-wise stats).
Ensures compliance with University regulations and maintains academic standards.

Controller of Exams

COE / Evaluator

Responsible for verifying the accuracy of uploaded marks and grades.
Manages student examination status (e.g., blocking results for administrative reasons).
Submits the finalized, verified data to the Principal for publication.

Administrator

Technical Support

Manages the secure upload of raw examination data (Excel formats) into the database.
Ensures the technical stability and security of the portal.
Handles user credentials and system resets for authorized personnel.

Student

End User

Maintains the confidentiality of their credentials and OTPs.
Accesses the portal to view results, download grade sheets, and apply for revaluation.
Adheres to all examination rules and regulations prescribed by the institution.
