Malpractice & Disciplinary Action

Strict adherence to examination integrity is mandatory. The following punishments are prescribed for candidates found guilty of malpractice during University Examinations.

Minor Infractions

Category I - III
Punishment: Invalidating the examination of the particular subject only.

Major Offenses

Category IV - VI (Copying)
Punishment: Invalidating ALL subjects of the current semester.

Severe Violations

Category VII - X
Punishment: Invalidating all exams, debarring from future exams for 2-3 years, and handing over to police custody (for impersonation).
